properties :
it is a two-pack, general purpose polyester putty for filling dents and surface irregularitiess on car and other vehicle bodies. due to the soft cream-like and air bubble free structure , it is easy to apply without
forming cavities. adhesion on the painted and unpainted steel surfaces is very good. high filling power, rapid drying and very good sandability are the main advantages.

surface preparation :
steel surfaces : surfaces should be degreased with a suitable thinner and scuffed with p80 grade sanding paper .
painted surfaces : strip to bare metal by sanding with p80 sanding paper and feather edge with p180 sanding paper. finally surface is wiped with a wet piece of cloth to remove the dusts. now,the surface is ready to be filled with polykim extra polyester putty.
note: polykim extra polyester putty should not be applied on pvb based primers like wasprimers and wash fillers.

mixing ratio(by weight) :
100 parts polykim extra polyester putty 1-3 parts hardener for polykim extra polyester putty
note: mix throughly untill obtaining a uniform color.

pot life : 3-4 minutes at 20°c

application :
it is applied by using a proper putty knife on properl prepared surfaces.

drying time(at 20 °c) ready to be sanded after:
20 minutes with 1 % hardener,
15 minutes with 2 % hardener,
8 minutes with 3 % hardener.

cleaning of equipment :
use a suitable nitrocellulose thinner within the potlife of the product.

shelf life : 12 months when kept at 20°c
